We are seeking highly motivated, success focused players with strong communication skills who excel in a team setting. What our Technical Recruiters do:

· Develop methods for identifying candidates from a variety of sources;
· Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates;
· Present detailed backgrounds of selected qualified candidates;
· Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating the candidate's travel plans
· Negotiate the compensation package within the budget established by the client;
· Conduct in-depth reference checks.

What successful candidates will possess:

· BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience;
· 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting;
· Experience closing multiple level technology candidates;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships;
· A track record of personal accountability and strong work ethic.
