VOIP - Project Manager

-PM experience in VOIP/Unified Communications/IPT implementations
-Resources will most likely be working after normal business hours on a regular basis. Times currently TBD, but position will support after hours migrations for global customers.
-Resources will be customer facing
-Must be able to work with limited supervision
-Basic responsibilities will likely include:
  1. Facilitating UCCaaS activation calls with customer, Telecommunication Engineer, Telecommunication porting engineer, on site technicians
  2. Updating test plans during call, noting any technical issues that require additional follow up
  3. Leading troubleshooting discussions if necessary, and developing solutions for issues that occur during activation
  4. Updating spreadsheets, word documents, etc with activation information, meeting minutes, follow up actions
  5. Sending completion notices to internal and external staff
  6. Receiving "Day 1” trouble reports from customer and assigning Telecommunication engineer to issue

Ability to work during 2nd and 3rd shifts will be critical, though I do not yet know what the shifts will be.
Some weekend work may be required on occasion.
