Diversant has an immediate job opening for a Help Desk Support Job with one of our premier clients in Richmond, VA. We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Support Analyst with extensive IT skills and certifications. The Help Desk Support Job will support our client’s technology group.  The technology team provides creative, reliable solutions for our client’s internal and external customers. They provide global services including design, engineering, installation, dispatching, repair, outsourcing and consulting, and project management for a diverse base of network, radio, and applications services supporting information technology systems and networks in industries including finance and retail.
The Help Desk Support role will:
  • Provide application support through remote access tools to resolve internal end user issues
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to calls or chats received
  • Interact with end users via soft phone or chat modules to resolve primarily software issues and some hardware issues
  • Remotely access and support end user machines to achieve first call resolution
  • Assist with onboarding of new Users
Qualifications Required Experience and Skills:
  • High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience
  • At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, and Engineering, equivalent certification or military experience is a nice to have
