*MUST work on Diversant's W2*
  • Duties initially will be around the level 1 and 2 support of the legacy International Application Suite
  • Applications are: MidasPlus, IBIS, AQUA, and GPS.
  • .Platform is iSeries/as400 based but would also like skillsets in the linux and windows space with the intentions to transition resources to these as the application workload shifts
Responsibilities:
  • Support the day to day activities of the International application suite which include:
  • Responding to and investigating user and system generated issues/messages.
  • Validating application functionality subsequent to releases and maintenance activities
  • Updating knowledgebase/documentation as new issues and solutions are encountered
  • Communicating the status of processing and escalated issues to business users and leadership
  • Support of tasks related to disaster recovery testing and release activities
  • Oncall rotation to support planned and unplanned activities during times without online coverage
Required:
  • iSeries platform understanding and ability to navigate and troubleshoot error messages
  • Working understanding of Robot Scheduler, MIMIX, MQ, NDM, Netcool, Remedy (problem and change ticketing)
  • Strong communication skills
Preferred:
  • Windows and Linux system experience with the ability to navigate processes and filesystems
  • Experience working with Websphere, NAS, LDAP, and HATS
  • Technology experience within the Financial Services area.
