Project Manager

The focus of the role will be on financial and project oversight of the team and would suit individuals with a finance or project management background. Responsibilities: Work with the UK team in the following areas: ? Interactions on a daily basis with all levels of the organization, reviewing and gaining feedback on: o Resource changes, on-boarding, off-boarding, reporting and metrics as well as reconciliation with central team reports o Vendor management including A/P process, invoice payment and status, and forecasting o General ad-hoc requests as needed for executive level meetings, business presentations, corporate communications, etc. o Organizational metrics ? FX project oversight o Consolidating and reporting the information provided by each team?s project managers o Monthly project reviews with senior management and the business on current project activities and status ? Capture key project metrics and information for executive level reporting o Financial forecast vs. actual o Local US Headcount management o Resource plans (forecast vs. actual) o Monthly business/organizational reviews (headcount ratios, hiring status, financials, etc.) o Resource management (hiring requests and approvals, forecasting, on-boarding, mandatory training tracking, contract/contractor management) o Vendor management (forecasting/run-rates for SOWs, invoices and contractors) o Operational Risk Management ? Compliance coordination (mandatory training, etc.) o Act as coordinator between corporate governance team and the project managers to ensure alignment in the usage of the internal tools used to track cross-LOB programs within GT&O ? Work with the PMs on developing their forecasts (resources, budget) ? Work with globally distributed teams on frequent initiatives and projects Requirements Essential ? Resource management and forecasting ? Metrics and reporting ? Intermediate/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to track and manage many different types of efforts and data ? Self-starter, self-motivated and delivery focused ? Superior business acumen, with the ability to question and probe data and processes ? Team-player, able to work remotely from colleagues in the same team ? Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills ? Attention to detail ? Good Problem solving skills ? Extremely organized/Good time management skills. ? Adaptable / flexible to respond to constantly changing business and GT&O demands
