Location: Arlington, Texas
Information Technology Area Manager for their Corporate Information Technology Department. The right candidate will manage subordinate IT staff and assigned aspects of the IT Department.
This is a quick description of what I am looking for.  I apologize but I do not have time for a call at this time.
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the Corporate Help Desk Center
  • Senior technical resource for the Help Desk specialists
  • Responsible for the creation of Help Desk support documentation and specialist training
  • Responsible for supplying adhoc reports to management of Help Desk activity
  • Supervise all help desk activities and insure a 90% or higher service level
  • Responsible for scheduling Help Desk staff for normal operations
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of image files for the configuration of desktop and laptops
  • Responsible for work order assignment and follow-up
  • Responsible for the research and testing of new desktop, laptop, printer technologies, OS releases and maintenance releases of production
  • Previous Managment experience is required (will be managing approximately 20+/- people)
 
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
