Call Center Associate
  • 3-6 month contract to hire.
  • $14/hr. and after they are hired fulltime they will make $14/hr and earn monthly commission based on how many transfers they make – this is typically $400-1,500 in monthly commission

Hours: 12-9 EST 4 days a week, and 9-5 on Saturday.
Ballantyne now, but may relocate to the Southpark at a later date.
Training: Training from 9-5:30 in Ballantyne for first 1 week

  • Calling people that may have filled out a form online. Caller will speak with them about different product information, match them up with a lender and transfer them to that lender.
  • Calling leads from the clients. For example, wells Fargo pays Lending tree to call their leads so this person would call out and say hello I am "blank” calling from Wells Fargo.

The Position:
  • Call customers that have submitted a form (using approved scripting) and connect them with lenders in our approved network.
  • Promote approved lenders during outbound customer calls.
  • Thoroughly learn and then cross sell all product offerings.
  • Track call results in CRM system.
  • 1+ year of successful outbound calling experience
  • Exceptional phone presence
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience exceeding quota in an Inside Sales position
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive with good follow-up skills, good listening skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and become a team player.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task daily while, maintaining high performance standards.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
