Our client builds financial technology products for CFOs, Risk Specialists and Financial Analysts. We are looking for a top-notch UX designer to take our design to the next level.

As a UX designer, you will translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and work with engineering to deliver intuitive user experiences. You will take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs, ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas. We will rely on you to make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features as well as to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Culture Fit
You're perfect for this role if you excel at:

  • Taking Ownership – you will be taking full ownership of the product UX including ensuring that your design is implemented faithfully by engineers.
  • Agility – you will be working in design sprints ahead of engineering sprints while also adjusting your design based on implementation learnings and customer feedback from sprint releases.
  • Being Opinionated but Open-minded – you will be asked for UX recommendations, given feedback and expected to come up with an excellent design. We want your personality and opinions reflected in our product and expect you to be passionate about all things UX.
  • Educating Others - you will make us all better at understanding UX and design by high-lighting research and the latest knowledge and tech innovations in the UX and design space.
