Incident Manager (Remedy / Service Now) 
PLEASE NOTE:  This is a 3 day work schedule (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and consultant's work hours would be from 7 AM – 8 PM.

Scope of Work:

Assists in the monitoring of hardware, software, network, application and intrusion detection disciplines for the enterprise. Responds to complex problems concerning these disciplines as escalated by the Help Desk, application developers, hardware/software support areas, and automated system alerts.
