Sr. Tech Support Analyst- Desktop tools

Individual will support and deploy required needs of Org and IRM as it relates to Application packages, patches, Encyption and Antivirus. will work with Dan Britt to build and "push/pull" to our 2000+ PC user base. Experience with and tools used Dell-DDPE, Symantec-SEP, SCCM/MDT or like products such as Altarus, Ghost, bit locker.

Would be primary resource supported by desktop team and Manger plus 2 other mid level skilled team members.

Responsibilities for this position
Build schedule and test Application package updates. Build schedule and deploy required secuirty and OS patch packages as requested by Security. Run reports and audit/assist in remediation of systems not enrcypting or updating. work with desktop team to validate and deploy packeages to test base system to assure no issues with packages effecting systems.

software tools/skills
SCCM, DDPE, SEP, MDT are our primary tools candiate should have good experience with atleast 2-3 of this. Like product experince considered actually building and deploying in Med size environements. Similar are Alterus, Bit locket, Ghost.

must haves
Must be expereinced enough on systems to build, schedule and deploy. Not looking for a novice or "occasional user"

nice to haves
Cert in any of the for mentioned tools

What are the work hours
Typically M-F 9-5, may be needed to support issues after hours relative to scheduled deployments that have issues
