Provide project coordination and project management support for a team integrating an acquired company’s HR data and processes onto the client’s PeopleSoft HCM platform.   

Responsibilities include:
  •    Creation and update of an integrated Project Plan in MS Project inclusive of HR, Payroll and Benefits milestones and task details
  •    Assist with the preparation of workstream status reports and overall project status presentations for executive Leadership
  •    Assist workstream leads and the project manager as requested, including participation in functional requirements work sessions, data analysis and mapping, creation of test case scenarios and test execution, meeting scheduling and logistics, etc.
This position will report to the Project Manager:
  •        Must have solid Project Management skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience     in  project management
  •        Must be proficient with MS Project v10, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  •        Must have project coordination/management experience in the HR domain; HR,       Payroll and/or Payroll business analysis experience is a strong plus
  •        Experience with the PeopleSoft v9.2 HCM platform is a very strong plus
  •        Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
