PeopleSoft HR Lead Functional Analyst


Our client is bringing a new company on-board and is migrating/integrating/converting their Core HR / ADP information (employee data, records, files, etc) to the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 system. We are looking for a Lead Functional Analyst that can develop processes, procedures, and requirements to facilitate the migrating/integrating/converting of this data.

Responsibilities: 
  • Must have experience in conversion/integration projects as a Lead Functional Analyst
  • MUST have experience working as a Lead HR Functional Analyst in the HR Space, at the HR Level, not only with sub-modules.
  • Must have experience working on a project moving HR data and integrating it with PeopleSoft HCM.
Requirements:
  • A strong HR functional person who can lead a small team thru HR related activities
  • Work with Project Manager to develop roadmap/tasks to be performed from an HR perspective to support the integration
  • Lead meetings with Management and direct a small team of HR functional folks on specific HR related tasks that will be defined  
  • Confirm existing processes/interfaces/reports are similar to what our currently has in place or identify gaps
  • Facilitate meetings client teams to determine requirements as needed
  • Work with technical teams to gather and define functional requirements and create technical specifications
  • Work with functional and technical teams to ensure System and User acceptance testing meets requirements
