Campaign Manager / SalesForce Consultant

The Project/Projects that candidate will be working on while on assignment are:
Housecalls SalesForce Business Operationalization

Functional responsibilities within a large campaign management team, including consulting on SalesForce and implementing new business processes

Here are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position:
  • Define and execute Outreach Campaigns for HouseCalls business (legacy platform)
  • Provide consultation on SalesForce Implementation, including Journey Builder
  • Develop campaign strategies and implement in Journey Builder
  • Segmentation and Targeting (Campaign Management)
  • Measure campaign results, A/B testing, monitoring and recommendations
  • Define high-volume and targeted telephonic campaigns
These are the software tools/skills that are needed to perform these daily responsibilities:
  • Journey Builder configuration
  • SalesForce configuration
These skills/attributes are a must have:
3+ years experience implementing SalesForce CRM in multi-modal environment
2+ years experience implementing Journey Builder (experience with complex data sources)
5+ years experience Campaign Management experience, including multi-modal outreach
3+ years experience high-volume (200k/day) telephonic campaign strategy, implementation, measurement and continuous quality

These skills/attributes are nice to have:

Integration of Salesforce to autodialing platform (i3, Genesys, Avaya, etc)
IBM Campaign integration with SalesForce

The work to be performed in:  Eden Prairie, MN



The work hours are:  M-F, standard business hours

The interviews will  be conducted by:
 Director Member Engagement, team members as determined

The interview process is:  An initial screening via phone, 2nd interview face-to-face with team.
