PC Network, Inc. is currently looking for a Senior Infoblox Professional Services Engineer to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area.

Title - Senior Infoblox Professional Services Engineer - DNS/DHCP and IP Address Management

Location: Greater Toronto Area
 
Summary:
PCN has an immediate need for a Senior Infoblox Professional Services Engineer specializing in DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI).  Experience required Architecting, deploying, transforming and supporting large enterprise organizations.  This potentially could be a mix of on-site (Client) and remote work as well as periodic visits to PCN HQ in Philadelphia, PA
 
Duties and Requirements
  • Professional Services Architect / Engineer with strong Infoblox and QIP experience
  • Stage, configure, install, document, and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP and IPAM infrastructure.
  • Making DDI Engineering/Architecture recommendations and supporting those recommendations
  • Configuring & troubleshooting DNS & DHCP.
  • Upgrade and patch DDI infrastructure
  • Background in delivering top tier Professional Services
  • Provide technical information and support to customers
  • Document DDI Environment and support activities in service management platform including architecture/designs and identified process, procedures and methods.
  • Work closely and effectively with customers, partners, vendors, and fellow team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Education and Experience:
  • Five+ years network and DDI experience (Infoblox and QIP)
  • BS Desired, not required
  • Strong DDI Technical documentation (Visio, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Expertise with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP Certification a plus
  • Experience with BIND
  • 5 years expertise architecting DDI infrastructure as well as professional services consulting, planning and executing deployments & migrations
  • Recent and strong background with Infoblox
  • Ideally Infoblox certified
