Active Directory and O365 Admin

The successful candidate will be a member of the Client team managing one of the largest consolidated messaging systems in Central PA. The system is based on Microsoft technology, including on-premises Exchange 2016, Exchange 2013, Windows 2016, Windows 2012 and O365 and supports more than 100,000 mailboxes.
The position's primary responsibilities include Tier 2 support for on-premises Active Directory, Exchange and O365 Hybrid environment.

The required skills and background are:
  • Minimum of 7 years of IT experience.
  • Five years of experience in administering large Active Directory environments containing multiple sites using Windows 2008 or 2012 Servers.
  • Assists in the development of AD disaster recovery plans with the clients.
  • Develop, document, and enforce the standards, security procedures, and controls
for access to ensure integrity of AD and related systems.
  • Two years of hands-on experience in administering large O365, Exchange 2013 or 2010 hybrid environments
  • Experience with DNS in large environments.
  • Strong experience in Powershell required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to speak directly and
professionally.
  • Team player.


Additional beneficial skills and certifications include:
  • MCSE 2012
