Job Description:Under the guidance of IT representatives, duties may include some or all of the following: receiving assets, moving equipment within and/or between facilities, staging equipment for build/image activity, executing equipment replacement activity, updating asset management system to reflect work performed, installing and maintaining PC hardware and software, preparing assets for disposition, other administrative duties. Note: May also involve transporting equipment using a vehicle between multiple facilities within an assigned service area, as directed by an IT representative. Location:Throughout Philadelphia Experience:Entry Level to 2 years experience with PC support, including deploymentAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAdaptable to change in process or required activitiesAttention to detailQuick learnerProfessional appearance and behaviorMust be able to lift equipment of varying weight, up to and over 50 lbs; joint lifting too. Also, must be able to work on feet for most of work day be able to stoop under desks, climbing around equipment and install/power up of equipment. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
This position requires a successful drug screen and background check. To be considered for the position you must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. We do not provide relocation assistance.
