Please provide a short description of the project: This position supports all Secure Offender Network devices (over 3000), educational labs, law libraries and network devices and setup among other things.
Please provide a full listing of the day to day tasks to be performed by the Consultant (be descriptive and specific):
• Design and support Citrix XenApp 6.5
• Provide day to day technical support for various technologies including Citrix, VMWare, and Active Directory.
• Implement AD group policies to manage users and computers.
• Upgrade existing environment using change management process.
• Available for afterhours sev1 support calls.
• Troubleshoot and fix user issues/tickets.
• Create and maintain professional systems documentation for knowledge transfer and reference.

Position Mandatory Qualifications
- Technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications - Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions
84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field
84 consecutive months of experience administering and supporting Citrix for 5,000+ concurrent users. Support should include: design, configuration, implementation, integration and support of servers, farms, applications and users
84 consecutive months of experience in Citrix XenApp 6.5 doing enterprise level administration and support
84 consecutive months of experience in Citrix Provisioning services 7.0 or higher doing device management, image creation and image updating
84 consecutive months with Citrix NetScaler version 9 and above installing, configuring and administration
48 consecutive months of experience administering and supporting Citrix XenDesktop version 7.0 and above. Support should include: design, configuration, implementation, integration and support of servers, farms, applications and users
84 consecutive months in Microsoft Technologies supporting Active Directory, group policies, DHCP, DNS and clustering
84 months experience supporting VMware 4.5 and above. Support should include: installation, configuration and monitoring of a multi-cluster, datacenter environment
60 consecutive months of experience with Cisco UCS Platform Blade servers, installing, configuring and administration
Citrix CCA for Citrix XenApp 6.5 or higher Certification
