If yes, please list the Project or Program Name:    Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECM) in the Health Cluster:  parts of Vital Records (EDRS, FDR, AIR, etc.), NYSECON, OHIP, CEH, CCH, BNE applications, and CNSE migration.  There are also projects in the queue for OASAS, and potentially OMIG and OMH.

Please provide a short description of the project:    ECM projects have two parts – the FileNet repository and the scanning/ingestion.  This staff will maintain existing and develop new processes to ingest documents for projects for many program areas in the Health Cluster agencies

Please provide a full listing of the day to day tasks to be performed by the Consultant (be descriptive and specific):    
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Lead/assist with the EMC Captiva design, development, and implementation of document ingestion solutions for Health Cluster agencies applications such as Vital Records/EDRS/FDR, NYSECON, CCH, CEH, and BNE including:
    Design and documentation of proposed document ingestion solutions
    Definition of the data bases and interfaces to/from Captiva
    Creation of ingestion processes and associated documentation
    Participation in the testing and implementation of solutions
    Monitoring of performance and recommend improvements/changes

Position Mandatory Qualifications
Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team.  Maintenance (including production support) enhancement and development work.
Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and use documentation, software conversions.
Expert 84+ Months Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field

Requested Qualifications 
84 months   Experience EMC Captiva development version 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, certification as an EMC Captiva Accredited InputAccel Developer
84 months   Experience EMC Captiva Dispatcher, Advanced Recognition, and Client Side-Scripting development, version 5.x, 6.x, 7.x 
84 months    Experience in the installation/administration of EMC Captiva v5/v6/v7 software environments
18 months    Experience in Captiva 7.x development using EMC Captiva Designer, Advanced Recognition, .Net Code Module, Captiva Desktop
36 months    Experience performing business analysis and documenting user requirements for Enterprise Content Management projects

Additional Information Requests:
Are there additional security requirements for the Authorized User?    All contractors will sign standard security system access forms upon initiation of the engagement.
Will additional training possibly be required during the Engagement?     Yes
If Yes, provide description of anticipated training.    Contractor are required to attend mandatory workplace training.  Examples of currently included training are:  Security Awareness, Preventing Sexual Harassment, and Preventing Workplace Violence.
What type, or manner, of Knowledge Transfer is requested during the engagement?     Consultants will work with state staff design and develop the applications and provide backup support the underlying infrastructure.  Staff will mentor NYS staff as available.
