Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

Essential Job Functions:
• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements
• Verify the application matches requirements and ensure the application meets end user expectations;
• Conduct gap analysis;
• Document business requirements and facilitate requirement sign-off with appropriate business stakeholders;
• Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
• Evaluate current business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality;
• Conceptualize and design a best-practice solution that leverages product and industry knowledge, as directed by business requirements;
• Facilitate the decision-making process and develop functional designs that will drive the development process;
• Socialize and refine detailed functional designs with other project team leads and client business representatives;
• Communicate designs to business, development, testing and training teams
• Manage design updates;
• Provide insight into designs, verify test conditions and assist with User Acceptance Testing and Demonstrations;
• Manage defect triage and management activities during internal and external testing events;
• Plan and perform quality reviews of project deliverables prior to release;
• Develop and maintain detailed functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Customer Service Management System;
• Perform special technology projects and initiatives as assigned.
Assist in documenting business requirements document for its implementation of Business Development System using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

Role Specific Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM; PLUS 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies in building enterprise solutions around web, CRM.


Required Skills/Abilities:

• Deep Know-How and proven record of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation life-cycle
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM online;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts (i.e. Configuration, Customization, Workflow, Integration etc.);
• Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration methods (Web services,);
• Experience in Business Analysis;
• Proven experience in defining requirements for solutions in multiple-entity environments;
• Experience developing and employing functional project artifacts (Use Cases, User Stories, Requirements Definitions, Process Definitions, User interface Design);
• Experience working with formal SDLCs, business analysis methodologies and major project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.);
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders;
• Experience using standard project tools including Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources;
• Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations and other documentation/communications;
• Experience in performing Analysis and Design on large systems integration project with multiple organizations;
• Experience working in integrated teams comprising of employee and consultant resources;
• Project management experience;
• Experience in Public sector/government;
• Strong writing skills;
