Ecommerce Project Manager
The Ecommerce Project Manager will coordinate activities and communicate status by creating and maintaining project plans, identifying and mitigating project risks and facilitating strong project communications.
Project management activities will include monitoring and managing workflow, planning, scheduling, resource management (internal and external), budget tracking, status/progress/milestone reporting, managing stakeholders, and all day-to-day management to ensure projects run smoothly, meet scope, and are completed on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a strong background working on Ecommerce CRM, Salesforce.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create, develop and maintain project plans including objectives, deliverables, schedules, and estimate resources (e., project staffing, hours, budget)
  • Deep understanding of pharma industry domain
  • Organize and independently facilitate project meetings and working sessions
  • Communicate the appropriate project statuses to various levels of stakeholders: Executive, Senior Managers, Ecommerce department stakeholders, and project teams
  • Manage documentation, available resources and track statuses of both digital marketing and Ecommerce projects
  • Gather all requirements for projects that involve external vendors, internal departments and/or both
  • Monitor all budget expenditures as needed.
