JOB SUMMARY
The role ofthe Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) Infrastructure Application Services Engineer is to meet Infrastructure Application Services business needs through the backend configuration, design, development, implementation and support of end uservirtual desktops and applications, and messaging services. In addition, the role implements identity and access management policies. The Engineer is expected to demonstrate high level technical skills, and will also be responsible for staying current on rapidly changing technologies.

Operational, Design and Development Support
  • Provides backend configuration, maintenance and support for virtual desktops and applications, and messaging services
  • Plans detailed requirements for new and changed infrastructure services
  • Configures and plans detailed requirements for ongoing Citrix migration/implementation
  • Builds and tests pilot versions for new and changed services
  • Creates solution documentation
  • Provides senior technical troubleshooting incident and problem resolution for Infrastructure Application Services offerings
  • Analyzes technical component performance of EIS Infrastructure Application Services offerings

Active Directory Management
  • Maintains and configures correlation rules
  • Assists in defining authorization requirements for users, roles, and objects
  • Manages confidentiality, availability, and integrity of EIS' intellectual property by regulating Active Directory access rules, enforcing identity governance, and developing related security policies
