Job Descriptions:
10+ Years of experience in Java and JSF, Prime faces technology Should act as build manager Understand the framework, logging mechanisms, web services etc. Understand the business and functionality of the application. Required to manage the production support tickets (handling of tickets Defects, CR / Enhancements) with onsite and offshore teams Interact with end users to understand the problems and analyze the issue. Assign the ticket to the respective development team (Web development, .Net services, titan services, data management, images team) with analyzed details. Also able to fix the issues Tract the ticket as per the release plan and delivery the same. Produce the ticket analysis reports, MIS reports, root cause analysis reports etc.
