Digital Analytics - Job Description:
· Work in collaboration with technology team and analysts to determine and implement best Adobe Analytics instrumentation, ensure business requirements are met and data capture is clean
· Provide analytics support for mobile apps developed within a mobile app work unit
· Lead Adobe DTM instrumentation transition from traditional Omniture instrumentation
· Participate in the ongoing Adobe implementation workflow:
o Work with business stakeholders and analysts to understand the problem being solved and desired outcome of implementation
o Guide analysts through the measurement strategy process to construct appropriate KPIs and develop business requirements
o Define implementation additions and modifications
o Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in mobile app experience through data analysis
o Provide front-end engineering teams with clear tagging specifications
o Aid in QA of implementation to verify that the correct data is getting passed to Adobe in a usable form
o Work with analysts to be sure they can use the result to accomplish their original goals, and that they understand how to get to the data they want to use

· Knowledge of Omniture (Adobe SiteCatalyst), Adobe Mobile Services (iOS, Android, Microsoft), Adobe DTM, and Ensighten including troubleshot, implementation, solution design and requirement gathering
· Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly present digital analytics solution, context, and implications to business partners
· Ability to QA and test tagging
· Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, Single Page Application (SPA) and computer programming concepts
· Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Adobe Digital Pulse Debugger, Developer tool, Omnibug, CharlesProxy, Firebug
