HR Sr. Analyst - Workforce Planning

The Senior Analyst will oversee and manage the production and interpretation of periodic workforce reports, benchmarks and scenario modeling around the workforce. The work will support the center of expertise for Global Workforce Strategy focused on understanding current and future workforce needs as well as the development of workforce strategies to support the business plan.

Incumbent responsible for managing the collection, analysis and presentation of data from multiple sources in support of disseminating meaningful workforce data and metrics to business partners throughout the organization

Act as an internal consultant to HR leadership, business leaders, HR business partners and other key stakeholders regarding the implications of workforce analytics and insights

Build strong internal customer relationships with key HR and business leaders to define and understand strategic objectives

Develop/Define meaningful and actionable workforce metrics to drive workforce decisions, forecasting capabilities and strategic insights

Design workforce reports (periodic and ad hoc) and human capital benchmarks and identify patterns and trends that can be translated into actionable insights

Establish strong cross-functional relationships to fully understand the business and factors of success in the industry; Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements in terms of headcount and skills now and in the future

Understand demographic and workforce trends on a global basis; Research external markets with a focus on emerging markets

Support larger HR and business initiatives (e.g. succession planning, workforce development plans and workforce reorganization) by consolidating data, identifying key take-aways and preparing summary reports

Create and manage project plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of deliverables; Follow-ups with team members to ensure projects stay on track
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent degree
3-5 years of related experience in HR analysis using research, data and information to support decision making regarding the workforce
Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative
