Generic System Support / ATG Resource

Roles and responsibilities
- Candidate will be part of client IT organization and will have to manage expectations of the business by being proactive and on top of support issues
- He will be client single point of contact and driving teams (primarily offshore) to fix support tickets
- Should have functional understanding of ATG
- Problem solving skills to work with technical teams to identify and isolate issues. Get the right teams engaged at the right time with minimum downtime to business.
- Be a SPOC for AMS Web team to Agilent IT & Business at onsite
- Lead the communication/meetings at onsite between CTS AMS web team & Agilent Business/IT
- Interact with Agilent IT & Business stakeholders in terms of Critical/High priority issues on Agilent web and take them to closure
- Facilitate the troubleshooting sessions with Agilent business/IT, CTS AMS web team & external vendors – SAP team, TCS – networks/DBA team etc.
- Ensure end to end closure of critical/high priority issues

- Strong project mgmt. & delivery experience & customer interfacing experience
- Should have experience dealing with customer in a large/complex development/maintenance engagement at onsite
- Prior experience in AMS Support
- Prior experience in Web or oracle Commerce/ content mgmt. or Infrastructure mgmt. would be an advantage
- Excellent client management skills
