Job Description: Title: Quality Control Specialist
Duration: Temporary Assignment through April 2017
Responsibilities:
• This position is responsible for the packaging and distribution of payrolls both neatly and professionally while verifying that payrolls are packaged accurately based on client specifications; provide excellent customer service support, resolve client issues and aim to retain client satisfaction.
• Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Mgr, Payroll Operations Essential Responsibilities: Ensure proper packaging and delivery distribution. Ensure that all individualized wrapping instructions are completed. Notify payroll client care specialist of any errors.
• Contribute to cost-cutting initiatives and ensures efficiencies are implemented.
• Assist colleagues with making sure packaging concerns are corrected.
• Monitor any reprocess and ensures that corrected packages are replaced and available for timely delivery.
• Responsible for inventory and rotation of stockroom supplies; daily filing; shipping and receiving.
• Work with management on assigned projects, as required.
• Includes; Mobility, standing, sitting and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma. Required knowledge of Microsoft Outlook applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
