  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to Client user needs and pain points.
  • Collect and analyze user data through server logs, usability testing, workshops, lab studies, and surveys.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to derive persona, use cases, concepts, user journeys, and information architecture
  • Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.
  • Evangelize research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.

  • MA in HCI, Product Design, Information Science or related degree
  • 5+ years of experience conducting software user researches
  • Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.
  • Unmoderated usability testing experience is preferred
  • Excellent working knowledge of statistics and the principles of experiment design.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
