Embedded System Software Manager

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for an Embedded System Software Manager opening to join our organization.

What You Wil Do
  • Enable Product Leadership through SW solutions that brings best product performance and innovation at the right cadence
  • Create solutions that are designed to meet strategic roadmap for all platforms and Business Unities
  • Engage/Manages Team of Engineers to deliver the best software solutions for Products
  • Manages engineering team / resources to ensure development and execution of embedded software projects
  • Drives and deploy the Strategic vision of ACU Software Group
  • Develop People competencies in accordance with defined future state
  • Accountable for creation of libraries, capture and reuse of knowledge
  • Accountabile for roadmaps lifecycle management
Qualifications:
What You Need to Succeed
  • Global, Cross Platform, Supports 5 Years Roadmaps that delivers our EES architecture solutions
  • Best Quality and Cost Designs based on Platform Requirements
  • Innovative SW solutions that may enable Cost, Quality or Performance upgrades
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • MBA is preferred
  • 5+ years engineering experience
  • Strong People management and Leadership skills
  • Proven planning, development, and execution experience
  • Proven experience in People Leadership and Product / Electronics and Electrical Systems Project management
