Summary :
  • Senior UC specialist with 8-10+ years of hands on experience on Polycom Video conferencing, Cisco Voice , Skype for business collaboration and video technology and Clients .
  • Should have working experience supporting and migration of multivendor voice & Video Conference technologies and endpoints Should be able to follow the ITIL processes of Adaptive /Perfective /Preventive maintenance .
  • Must have experience supporting Voice and Video infrastructure of a large enterprise Should have good understanding on large transition/acquisition type of projects , reporting to Client on voice/video technology support and integration of other IT components and underlying infrastructure.
  • Must have Bachelor of Science degree and certifications in Polycom, MCSE communications or Audio Codes Clients associate etc. are preferred.

Skillset Required:
  • Extensive knowledge of Troubleshooting of call routing, delivery issues and experience with toll free carrier call delivery setup
  • Experience in Solution design, Implementation, Migration and upgrades.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; influencing skills, demonstrated technical leadership skills.
  • Hands on knowledge on Audio codes Client integration with
  • Hands on experience on Cisco CUCM, Connection , ER Polycom Video conferencing , and PRI SIP MGCP H323 , SIP audio codes troubleshooting, integration
  • Cisco MCU – MSE8000, Knowledge on managing and troubleshooting MSE Blades like 8710.
  • Knowledge on PolycomTelepresence Conductor, TANDBERG Codian MSE Supervisor 8050 preferred.
  • Telepresence Management Suite knowledge preferred on provisioning video endpoint and gateways , monitoring, call setup, tear down
  • Knowledge on Ad-Hoc & Multi-Party conference setup .
  • Management of user account of Jabber on Cisco TMS, Knowledge on UCS 220M Virtualizations.
  • Industry standard Video codec - H.264,SIP URI, SIP domain concepts & Polycom and video endpoints
  • Experience with Microsoft skype for business on premises solution and integration with Polycom
  • Knowledge on 3rd party devices such as Crestron application for IOS, AV Closet Management, Room based White Glove Support services ( hands and feet ) - preferred
  • Managing and monitoring the Video network for Quality of service issue's like link loss, jitter, blurry active conference, Network coordination/vendor escalation etc.
  • Monitoring the network with 3rd party tools including solar winds management & reporting tools..
  • Ability to work independently.
