Senior IT Project Manager III

Service Level Mgr (App & Data) - Digital Health Tech:

• Perform liaison role between (1) internal Pharmaceutical business areas/users and (2) IT technical shared services;
• Daily monitoring of KPIs for the application support practice;
• Create, execute and deliver action plans to address business needs or improve service levels;
• Act as a single point of contact for a group of application owners or business units working to deliver as per requirements and under the appropriated SLAs;
• Responsible to establish new agreements between BUIT x AS x Vendors, when on-boarding new applications under the same support services;
• Ability to take decisions based on analytical data, by creating and/or monitoring metrics to ensure appropriated services are been executed under the expected SLAs and respective effort/costs;
• Provide coaching and guidance to other internal team members and/or offshore technical teams on service delivery;
• Manage different work streams at the same time reporting to different stakeholders in parallel;
• Present different topics to different levels of the organization including challenging topics
• Be available during adverse events to solve critical issues, eventually happening during non-business hours;
• Stay calm and able to take decisions during critical events looking to minimize business impacts when IT services are not working as expected
• Perform a major role playing in different teams, looking to develop others and create a team working environment to support and address daily challenges;

• Used to work in a global organization under a matrix reporting structure
• Process oriented mindset is essential.
• Strong knowledge Project Management abilities (Agile knowledge is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various audiences across levels and departments
• Proven ability to effectively build and manage stakeholder relationships within and across departments and geographies
• Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities effectively
• Technical knowledge in Digital is a plus
• ITIL certification is desired
