Shift/Hours: MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE HOURS BETWEEN 8:30AM-8:OOPM M-F

Job Description: At least 3 years of prior customer service experience in an inbound call center
• Up to two years of post-high school training in a specialized trade, technical school or college.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Insurance background including knowledge of health insurance terminology is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required.
• Previous call center experience within the medical, insurance of financial industry preferred. Or minimum of 2 year customer service experience. Ability to listen, demonstrate critical thinking skills and multi-task on various system at once.
• Must be able to multi-task within multiple systems at one time

Length of Assignment: **Assignment should lead to full time permanent employment based on consistent performance/attendance after 9 mos. – 1 year.**
