Job Description:
  • 10+ yrs. of hands on experience on CISCO and Lync collaboration
  • Video technology Should have working experience supporting and migration of multivendor voice & Video Conference technologies and endpoints
  • Should be able to follow the ITIL processes of Adaptive /Perfective /Preventive maintenance .
  • Extensive knowledge of Troubleshooting of call routing, delivery issues and experience with toll free carrier call delivery setup
  • Experience in Solution design, Implementation, Migration and upgrades.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; influencing skills, demonstrated technical leadership skills.
  • Hands on knowledge on Bridge wave extenders Video , Audio codes devices and Lynch
  • Hands on experience on Cisco CUCM, Connection , ER VCS/VCS- Expressway clustering, and PRI SIP MGCP H323 /SIP gateways and CME etc troubleshooting, integration
  • Cisco MCU – MSE8000, Knowledge on managing and troubleshooting MSE Blades like 8710.
  • Knowledge on Cisco Telepresence Conductor, TANDBERG Codian MSE Supervisor 8050
  • Telepresence Management Suite knowledge preferred on provisioning endpoint, monitoring, call setup, tear down
  • Knowledge on Ad-Hoc & Multi-Party conference setup from TMS and from the room based endpoint.
  • Management of user account of Jabber on Cisco TMS, Knowledge on UCS 220M Virtualizations.
  • Industry standard Video codec - H.264,SIP URI, SIP domain concepts & Cisco endpoints- Cisco C40,SX20,SX10,Ex90, Jabber soft client.
  • Installation of new Video endpoints in VCS, upgrading newer firmware versions, troubleshooting break fix scenarios.
  • Knowledge on PBX to Cisco Telepresence ( VCS ) integration and SIP trunking to Avaya
  • Knowledge on 3rd party devices such as Crestron application for IOS, AV Closet Management, Room based White Glove Support services ( hands and feet ) - preferred
  • Managing and monitoring the Video network for Quality of service issue's like link loss, jitter, blurry active conference, Network coordination/vendor escalation etc.
  • Monitoring the network with 3rd party tools including iCTC, Cisco TMS for alert management & reporting tools.
  • Must have CCNP
  • Cisco CCIE ( voice) preferred .
