• Provide project planning support for new capabilities projects including project artifact development and management, status reporting and follow?up on meeting takeaways
• Execute proactive risk and issue management tracking, follow?up and facilitate resolution for the project's success
• Assist in vendor management including project artifact coordination, holding the vendors accountable for their deliverables
• Coordinate weekly program dashboard updates as well as additional organization driven dashboard and status updates
• Take the lead in planning and coordinating meeting logistics
• Plan agendas, review with program manager and key participants as well as execute project team meetings with project stakeholders
• Provide note?taking support ensuring clarity in decisions, takeaways, accountabilities and timelines for program meetings (internal or external to the solutions team)
• Organize and maintain the project repository
• Assist program manager in drafting project presentations for audiences that span the C?Suite to project team members

Skills, Background, and Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in project management and specifically with the Adobe Digital Marketing products
• Collaborative approach to working with others, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely via written and verbal communications to a cross?section of audiences.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders (project team members, vendors, business partners, management) to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to successfully handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, (i.e. Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SharePoint experience
• Self directed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
