I. North America Sales data reporting and analytics improvements are required to enhance sales force effectiveness (SFE). This position will provide process and functional support to the business, gather requirements, conduct gap analyses, and translate business needs and requirements into IT specifications. The successful candidate will also create baselines and assist / manage project constraints, communicate and resolve project issues, and ensure resources are working on project activities. Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
II. 1. Works with the business to translate requirements for IT projects or sprint cycles (25%)
2. Takes business requirements and writes specifications in a consumable format and terminology for developers (20%)
3. Coordinates user acceptance testing or assists unit testers that requirements are satisfied (10%)
4. Writes, manages, and clarifies story points (10%)
5. Assists with various project work streams; ensures documentation and processes are met (10%)
6. Follows PMx, Agile & SDLC methodologies (5%)
7. Prepares and executes project briefings and updates (10%)
8. Performs other work related duties as assigned (10%)
III. 4 Year College Degree
Strong business analysis (5+ Years)
Strong Data and process analysis (5+ Years)
Project management work (3+ Years)
Effective organization and crisp communication skills. (5+ Years)
Knowledge of PMx, Agile & SDLC methodologies
