(1). Manage projects including design, development, implementation, upgrading, migrations, version control, customization, improvements and commercialization: Gather requirements from business users, stakeholders and process owners; Provide inputs on the requirements document and get changes reflected; Document requirements and get sign off approvals to move forward; Do Proper analysis of attributes in source systems such that can come with proper match columns, match rules and trust scores; Work w/infrastructure team about environment changes; Provide pre-requisite check list and recommend configuration and specifications of environments; Installation, upgradation and configuration of the Software Informatica MDM software on application Servers JBoss, WebLogic on Windows Server 2008/2012, Linux Platforms and databases Oracle, SQL Server.
(2). Work with business analysts and technical team in proper execution of assignments: Provide inputs as per the discussion with the client team on match columns, match rules and trust scores; Create and understand the function requirements and review internally with business and technical team; Gather and understand requirements from the business analysts to start implementation; Come with match columns, match rules and trust scores and validate with business analysts; Conduct daily calls about status of the tasks; Co-ordinate weekly calls w/the team.
(3). Work with Business users and Data Modelers, Architects in coming with Solutions: Conduct brain storm sessions with the development team in sharing the domain information and make them understand; Provide inputs to Architect and help him in designing the data model as per the requirement; Provide inputs on IDD applications required for customers; Define the cleanse functions to standardize and enhance the data; Set expectations on standardizing the address data using address doctor; Review the job logs on JBoss, WebLogic or WebSphere application servers.
(4). Create Landing, Staging, Base tables, Mappings, Lookups, Match and Merge Rules Setup, Batch Group configuration, IDD applications and work performance issues: Create mappings in moving the data from the landing tables to staging tables by applying cleanse functions to standardize the data; Customize IDD application for Data Governance; Create Hierarchies using Hierarchy Manager tool for pictorial presentation of the day; Design the structure for Landing, Staging and Base tables and looks up strategy and create them; Design frame work for Batch Group Configuration; Performance tune Match Merge configuration; Work on Soft and Hard delete to remove the records from the base objects, cross reference and corresponding system tables.
(5). Develop overall content management strategy to be in line w/corporate objectives: Work with Stake Holders in getting approvals on Data Model; Participate in Vendor selection process for better results; Minimize the operation cost in defining better strategy and work methodology.
(6). Provide worldwide customer support and train IT professionals and support them with development of Mappings, workflows, Match and Merge, IDD applications, and infrastructure design for servers, project documentation and project management: Provide better documentation to the end users for easy navigation of the tool; Provide training to the support team in making them understand the whole project; Strategize proper workflow process design for smooth implementation of the project.
Travel not required, but must be willing to relocate to unanticipated locations across the country per contract demand.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or a related field plus 2 years of experience. In lieu of the above, we will also accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. We will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience. Experience to
include working with Informatica MDM, IDD, Match and Merge rules, Data Governance Rules, Hierarchy Manager, databases Oracle and SQL Server .and application servers JBoss, Weblogic, WebSphere.

JOB LOCATION: Norcross, Georgia. Travel not required, but must be willing to relocate to unanticipated locations across the country per contract demand.
