Web Analytics – Adobe analytics – Implementation

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

· Work in collaboration with technology team and analysts to determine and implement best Adobe Analytics instrumentation, ensure business requirements are met and data capture is clean
· Lead Adobe DTM instrumentation transition from traditional Omniture instrumentation
· Participate in the ongoing Adobe implementation workflow:
· Work with business stakeholders and analysts to understand the problem being solved and desired outcome of implementation
· Guide analysts through the measurement strategy process to construct appropriate KPIs and develop business requirements
· Define implementation additions and modifications
· Provide front-end engineering teams with clear tagging specifications
· Aid in QA of implementation to verify that the correct data is getting passed to Adobe in a usable form
· Work with analysts to be sure they can use the result to accomplish their original goals, and that they understand how to get to the data they want to use

Requirements:
· Knowledge of Omniture (Adobe SiteCatalyst) and Adobe DTM tagging, including troubleshot, implementation, solution design and requirement gathering
· Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly present digital analytics solution, context, and implications to business partners
· Ability to QA and test tagging
· Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and computer programming concepts
· Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Adobe Digital Pulse Debugger, Developer tool, Omnibug, CharlesProxy or Firebug
