Executes all commercial tasks within a project from project start until project completion with regards to the contractual obligations of Siemens according to Siemens guidelines and all relevant external laws. Performs all related commercial tasks within SAP such as: order entry, project costs, invoicing. Performs monthly reporting on key figures such as : order entry, POC revenues, cost of sales, gross margin and cash position. Assists in preparing claims and change orders.
Maintains all required documentation to support contract administration. Assists in the resolution of routine contract problems. Identifies routine issues that may affect the planned results and make recommendations for resolution.
