Job Title: Digital Web Support and Operations Manager Function: Information Technology Operating Company: Janssen Pharmaceuticals Location: Titusville, NJ

Overview The Digital Web Support and Operations Manager is responsible for managing the support of digital web properties across Janssen North America. This includes ensuring adherence to support and quality processes, prioritization of support requests, commitments to SLAs, and escalation of incidents. The Digital Web Support and Operations Manager will report and analyze financial and operational scorecards to provide insights and recommendations to change conformance, improving SLAs, corrective and preventative action for incidents, and increase efficiency. Responsibilities: Execute appropriate governance structure for the ongoing support of websites. Establish regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure expectations are set critical or overdue support issues. Negotiate scope and priorities of support tickets. Ensuring the necessary support artifacts are completed and processes are followed to move support changes into production. Creating, monitoring, and reporting out a financial and operational scorecard to communicate support metrics, risks, issues, and financial position. Ensure support and base business teams are trained and certified on development and support processes. Ensure processes are up to date. Qualifications: 5+ years of project portfolio management for externally customer facing websites. Experience with digital web publishing platforms. Drupal experience preferred. Experience with digital support, operations, and execution. Experience with portfolio governance and management. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with ITIL practices. Certification preferred. Experience with agile SDLC methodology. Bachelor s level degree. Must be on located on site in Titusville, NJ.
