The Common Follow-Up System project is still being executed and therefore, still requires a project manager with data analytics background to manage. It is currently executing phase 2 of a 3-phase project

Project Manager Contractor

Expected Skills: Must have a Bachelors degree in business management, finance, information technology, computer science or related discipline with 5-10 years experience managing complex CFS projects, including business intelligence/data analytics development/migration/implementation projects
Ability To:
Design and deliver presentations clearly and concisely to senior management
Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items
Resolve complex problems quickly in a high pressured and time sensitive environment
Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure fast paced environment
Lead and influence cross-organizationally with and without direct authority

Experience:
Business intelligence/data analytics project management
Server consolidation/migration
Successful completion of at least two large scale business intelligence/data analytics projects

Additional Attributes:
Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills, proven organizational skills
Understanding and awareness of budgets and financial goals
Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem solving skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
Public sector experience desired, especially at a state level
Experience with Client and EPMO
PMP Certification
