Multiple high level project work position requested - position duties as stated below but may include other data service type duties for other departments as requested.

Review all system generated errors based on data entry standards. Maintain an average of 3 minutes per error resolution.
Investigate historical and live vendor billing errors and obtain refunds where appropriate. Maintain an average of 15 minutes per issue for the research/resolution.
Identify and correct data entry errors in a timely manner to ensure inclusion of information on client s payment files
Research and resolve problem bills per established processes and turn-around times.
Build and maintain vendor specific processing templates.
Build and maintain spreadsheets used to manually divide account into multiple parts based on client specifications.

Responsible for the accuracy of all data transmitted to external and internal customers.
Perform analysis on assigned client accounts including energy analysis, equipment and financial analysis, and tax exemption review at or above established KPI level in PMPs. Use tariffs and spreadsheets that calculate exactly the rates of the provider. Ensure that data entered into the database is accurate. Investigate any historical billing errors found and obtain refunds for the clients. Make recommendations to the client or Energy Management team for possible projects with the client.
Create basic reports for clients pertaining to load profiles, energy expenditures and energy savings possibilities for various account and service types (i.e., Electric, Gas, and Water), using data obtained from the provider and from the client.
Monitor industry for proposed rate changes from any and all vendors.
Participate in the continual reevaluation of current processes and offer suggestions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of each process. Assist with other departments as needed. Maintain tracking models and use them to ensure the billing accuracy of applicable invoices.
