Job Summary: Supports internal and/or external resources to develop facility layouts/specifications or participates in facility-related programs/processes. Participates in making recommendations for facility-related remodeling and/or upgrading. Supports service calls/requests regarding semi-complex maintenance activities or other facility-related procedures to ensure completion.
Participates in work environmental studies (lighting, air circulation, industrial hygiene, etc.). Supports general management in developing/implementing semi-complex maintenance, rework and repair strategies and implementing new procedures
Major Responsibilities: May perform facilities and equipment repairs with outside contractors. May complete facility inspections
May performs the monitoring and scheduling of complex facility-related activities, and service/request
calls. May administer complex procedures and systems for visitor control, employee identification, and safeguard
of company facilities. May complete complex loss control investigations, and prepares complex
accident reports.
Performs all of the standard and some specialized and complex aspects within area of specialization.
Applies documented rules, past practices, or instruction on an independent level. Effectively identifies
problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is
difficult or complex.
Education/Experience/Licenses etc.: HS diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of vocation/technical training or an Associates
degree may be required.

Heat/AC Certified
General Electrical Competent
General Plumbing Competent
Minimum 5 yrs experience in Building Maintenance with references
Reliable
Willingness to be "On-call
