I. Essentials Duties

Basic Function, Administers the division sales incentive program for assigned locations. Ensures proper GAAP procedures are handled in relation to accruals and expenses.

Ensures commissions are calculated and paid per the commission plan. This includes reviewing and analyzing the output of the sales incentive systems for accuracy, correcting input errors and modifying the calculations to achieve the correct output.

Administers monthly and quarterly system processing which includes and is not limited to analyzing monthly inputs and batch processing, reviewing output of batch processing, analysis of system errors, determining/ implementing corrective actions, updating plan templates and parameters, and determine steps that are needed to re-run batch processes.

Creates and analyzes adhoc reporting on sales commissions for management and sales executives.

Ensures that guarantees are paid in accordance with offer letters and terminations are paid in accordance with the current year incentive plan.

Maintain sales personnel database, branch location tables and the annual purge for the sales incentive system.

Administers and calculates additional division incentive and recognition programs such as procurement and credit/ collections.

Work with supervisor and Human Resources to address any disciplinary situations that may arise.

II. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Associates degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field with 3-5 years accounting experience with basic knowledge in commission or incentive functions including sales force incentive programs

Good verbal and written communication skills

Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office tools with intermediate experience in Excel.

Knowledge of project costing or billing preferred.
