Pay Rate Range is 27.00 to 32.00/hr depending on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.
Prepare communication strategies, based on business and marketing plans, as directed.
Develop presentations, print brochures, advertising, white papers, case studies, website and banner ads and fighting guides.
Support Sales on enablement tools and special projects as required
Implement and manage various communication channels that help drive marketing objectives as a part of the complete communications program. (Elements can include, but not limited to, tradeshows, advertising, public relations, events, promotions, direct mail, brochures, internet, audio-visual productions, etc.)
Apply relevant governance standards, policies and procedures to, and ensure consistency, quality, and transparency of Business Unit (BU)communications.
Develop content to ensure consistency of message in internal and external communications; e.g. internet, intranet, extranet, brochures, advertising, press activities, presentations.
Solid understanding and consistent implementation of corporate brand guidelines.
Contribute to and support U.S. messaging, positioning, and communications approach on a project basis.
Research and communicate Business Unit/Segment/Sales success stories, projects, products and innovations.
Evaluate effectiveness of communication by conducting surveys, inquiries and other elements of the communication performance management.
Collaborate with Marcom teams to achieve the communication objectives of the BU or Segment.
Working with Functional Shared Services, assist with coordination, execution and follow-up analysis of customer events and trade shows.
Execute BU specific communication projects as directed in alignment with Sales.

BA in communications/marketing or BBA
Domestic Travel 25%
5-8+ years successfully performing the planning, directing, executing and measurement of communications to internal and external stakeholders
Energy experience preferred and a strong plus
Technical background experience also a plus
Proven track record of Marketing material development
Strong organization skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent written and editing skills - will require passing a writing test
Solid computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work under time constraints with multiple projects
