Location: Plymouth Township, Michigan
This position would be to support our Project Managers with administrative and project coordination activities. Familiarity with AIA billings, change order forms, basic project financial understanding, Microsoft Project and construction work are desired, but not an absolute requirement.

Experience working in a professional office environment, organizational skills, experience with Excel and Word, strong written and verbal communication skills (must be comfortable talking to people and making phone calls to contractors/vendors to coordinate needs), and excellent customer skills are a mandatory requirement.

You must be confident, proactive, and prompt with communications quick responses and follow-ups are a necessity.

We need someone that can work well with others and take care of the Project Manager s administrative tasks in a prompt and professional manner. The ability to multi-task is beneficial.

An Associate s Degree, or, equivalent experience is preferred.

This position could lead to a longer term, or permanent position for an excellent performer.
