Marketing Communications Specialist 3

Provide full range of internal and external communications support for B2B initiatives and programs. Will report to Marketing Communications Managers and work closely with marketing managers, product managers and other subject matter experts to create and project manage a range of print and electronic communications including internal newsletters and field communications, as well as external communications such as white papers, case studies, brochures, and websites. Will also coordinate communications campaigns with online, media relations and employee leadership communications teams. Responsibilities include:

Primary (Internal Communications):
Create engaging content and manage process for internal-facing field communications including internal blast emails, newsletters, webinar series, and executive communications
Manage project to update intranet content and external websites.
Support budgeting and project tracking for assigned projects
Manage a variety of external vendors in the completion of communication projects
Serve as a brand standard steward across all communications

Secondary (Marketing Communications):
Support the maintenance and development of print and electronic libraries for internal/external references and case studies.
Support marketing communications tactics including advertising, social media, collateral, presentations, reports and trade show development.
Coordinate participation in trade shows, events, internal meetings and special promotions.
Skills and Experience


Must have 5 to 10 years of experience in a Marketing or Internal Communications role with a bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field. Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products and Live Meeting. 2 years experience with MOSS 2007 / 2010 Content Management System or similar. Experience with Silverpop Engage or other ESP. Ability to learn and apply Siemens branding guidelines. Candidate needs to be a strong writer for various communications vehicles. Must be a team player and have the ability to quickly learn Siemens processes for meeting objectives.
