This is for a contract to hire Programmer/Analyst SAP SD position within the E IT S SF 1 group.

The Siemens Energy Service Fossil group; in Orlando Florida, is looking for a highly motivated Programmer Analyst with SAP SD configuration experience. As a Programmer Analyst you will support SAP systems activity for Service Fossil group. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expert implementation/configuration experience in SAP SD, FI, and CO modules. This position will be responsible for the SD, FI, and CO module configuration for North America on a global project team. Will be working closely with our European colleagues on the team to successfully design configure and implement the project solution.:
o Provide daily production support to end-user community.
o Work independently to provide requirements analysis and define the scope for new requirements and perform changes to existing functionality as required.
o Coordinate with appropriate business and IT partners regarding recommendations and system changes.
o Transform business requirements into functional & technical designs.
o Participate in system integrated testing to ensure software requirements have been met.
o Maintain up-to-date documentation for configuration & business processes.
o Adhere to, support and participate in compliance initiatives.

o Bachelors degree

o 2+ years progressive and demonstrated experience in large global enterprises
o 5+ years experience SAP implementation and configuration using SD, FI and CO.
o Highly proficient in designing solutions, configuration of SD quotations, maintaining contracts, billing plans, pricing procedures, SD integrations with MM, FICO and PS
o Strong Microsoft Windows suite knowledge (Excel, Visio, PPT, Word etc..)
o Able to communicate clearly with peers as well as management.
o Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
o Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
o The ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward.
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
o Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation skills
o Ability and willingness to travel domestic and internationally 20%

General Requirements
Job Family Responsibilities:

Participates in formulating logic for semi-complex systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Participates in developing semi-complex conversion and system implementation plans. Participates in preparing system and documentation. Participates in gathering semi-complex business requirements and creates detailed functional specifications and flowcharts for new or existing programs. Participates in the development of semi-complex technical specifications.


BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.

Knowledge and Experience:

Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of field of specialization and applies through successful completion of assignments. Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.Typically 2-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.

Direction of Others:

May provide general guidance or train lower level support staff.

Key Working Relationships:

Primarily intra-organizational contacts and some external contacts.

Pay rate range up to $70/hr. Rate candidate is submitted at should be relative to their skill and experience level.
