the candidate needs to have an RDMS certification with atleast 4-5 yrs. of clinical scanning experience.

Demonstrates multi-system products, design and conducts customer training, and pre- and post sale support of clinical product offerings. Guides in-house clinical trials. Designs and develops training courses for customers and company personnel on the working aspects of multi-system clinical equipment and communicates the technical and clinical information, ensuring customer utilizes equipment with efficiency and skill in appropriate applications. Guides product promotions at tradeshows and seminars. Guides development of customer relationship. Provides very complex feedback and recommendations from customers to product development groups. Previous experience with product development and image optimization tasks with engineering is very very desirable.

Specific responsibilities for this position: Workflow testing on new products & software. Image optimization of probes and optimization of new features. Assisting the teams with external evaluations, validations and field reliability testing activities in-house and at various customer sites. Will need to travel to customer sites.

Work with teams for new product development:

- Serve as the subject matter expert and resource for all clinical issues for project teams, PLM, and other
stakeholders in the new product development process.
- Work with Product Mgr to give input to Write requirements - Translate customer workflow requirements
into detailed product specifications and represent end customer workflow needs in requirement
discussions.
- Provide clinical perspective and feedback to PLM teams that impact the design of new products including
scanning, image evaluation, and workflow input.
- Assist in the clinical evaluation of new products for PLM; this evaluation can impact the design and
introduction to the market.
- Support trade shows and other training and marketing events.
- Documentation and tracking of CHARMs(Change and Revision Management)
- Manage product requirements
- Validation & verification
- Basic strategic understanding of Siemens and competitors products and workflow
- Make recommenedations to engineers by integrating clinical and product information
- Sometimes identifies opportunities for product improvement
