Job Description :
Responsible for handling the most complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues. Acts as a lead in the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts. Works with client to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. Analyzes, tests, and certifies application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and functional specification documents. Uses advanced knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex test problems. Researches new products and industry methodologies and facilitates the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Plans and directs quality assurance schedules and assignments, and monitors project status in comparison to cost/time projections. Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. Documents all phases of QA process. Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.: 7+ years IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience.
Desired Qualifications • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills •3+ years of Aspect Unified IP/ALM Dialer as functional or UAT tester •3+ years knowledge of working with ACD Inbound and Outbound Call Flow •2+ years of Client ALM experience •3+ years of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Call Routing Key Value Pair (KVP) data experience •1+ years of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) experience with M3 Scripts •3+ years of UNIX experience •Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: automation and data automation •Knowledge and understanding of automated regression and maintaining scripts in regression •A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology •Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework •Ability to develop stored procedures, views, and triggers •Knowledge and understanding of desktop and Windows server operating systems •Knowledge and understanding of technology server: side scripting •Knowledge and understanding of application or software and infrastructure testing activities with full project level engagement involving all aspects of SDLC and STLC (Software Development or Testing Life Cycle) •Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations •Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important • Knowledge and understanding of internet technologies • Knowledge and understanding of full suite of Contact Center technologies in a converged network environment with an emphasis on Genesys or other CTI and Call Routing platforms preferably in a large financial services environment
