Job Description :
This role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the Employee Service Center Information Security project ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The IT Project Manager will utilize Agile and SDLC frameworks most of the time, depending the project, in the creation of full scale project plans or iterations for execution of project goals and strategies. The IT Project Manager will manage project scope, financial tracking, contingency planning and risk mitigation to ensure projects remain on track. The IT Project Manager constantly monitors and reports project progress to project stakeholders. Multiple project dimensions will be reported including project timelines, financials, problems and resolutions, change management, interventions needed to achieve desired outputs, and post production evaluation of results and lessons learned.
Facilitate work breakdown structure (WBS) sessions with cross-functional teams and build WBS with all dependences when using the waterfall methodology
Facilitate iteration 0, backlog grooming sessions with cross-functional teams when using the agile methodology

Adhere to and follow the defined Project Management process
Audit related projects require evaluation of both the design and effectiveness of internal controls, and management's implementation of controls.
Assesses recommendations for improvements in internal controls considering the costs and benefits of potential recommendations.
Effectively communicates recommendations to operating and senior management.
Ability to manage cross functional teams within a matrix environment.
Ability to effectively facilitate internal and external meetings, which often include many participants that may be in different locations.
Ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities across all phases of project.
Ability to work in a team environment and influence/negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to effectively collaborate and identify solutions within cross functional team.
Ability to monitor and control resource utilization, forecasting, and budget.
Ability to present technical information to executive management.
Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
Experience working with procurement teams to issue and manage RFP lifecycles
Strong Projnt of cross functional team members
PMI certified PMP or PMI Agile certification
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or
ect Management Skills
Leadership skills including: coaching, organizing, integrating, directing, controlling and motivating.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and follow-up required
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to provide structure in an unstructured and rapidly changing environment
2+ years Information Security
5+ years presenting to and coordinating senior level meetings, including preparation of agendas, documenting meeting minutes
5+ years of experience in direct management
