• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Develop and maintain release deployment plans to support enterprise releases
• Collaborate with multiple Technical and Functional teams
• Act as escalation point for any release deployment issues or needs
• Ensure all changes are visible to and approved by appropriate stakeholders.
• Be a driving force for constantly improving performance, scalability, extensibility, reliability, availability, and usability of the release deployment process
• Publish key metrics on the efficiency and effectiveness of release deployment
• As a member of the Technology Change & Release (CRM) team, act as a Launch Coordinator for the deployment of enterprise releases with the ability to work at nights and weekends when needed
• Exhibit a high level of individual initiative
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work
• DevOps and/or Release Engineering experience desired
• Project management experience is a plus
• Environment management experience is a plus
• SAP experience is a plus
Qualifications: Please list the must have skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field, with 2 years of additional experience required in lieu of a degree. • 5 years professional experience with at least 3 years in project or release management. • 3 years of IT experience in a corporate environment. • 3 years of DevOps or Release Engineering experience preferred. • Proven understanding of environment management, software configuration management. • Experience implementing software projects into complex production environments. • Understanding of environment management, software configuration management.
• Excellent written and oral skills important, including presenting to groups desired
